The logbook asks for a username and a password. Here is what to do if it will not let you in.
The guild’s access details were renewed on 1 August 2026. It was a planned rotation: every password was replaced at once, and the protection that stores them was strengthened.
Your new password was sent to you by private message in game. The old one no longer works.
That is normal, and it only happens once after an access change: type the new password both times. After that, your browser remembers it as before.
Your browser is most likely replaying the old one by itself, without asking you. To make it forget:
On iPhone and iPad, also close the tab completely before going back to the home page.
It cannot be recovered anywhere: nobody but you has it stored in plain text. Write to Tom by private message in game and he will send you a new one.
The password is made of words separated by hyphens, all in lower case: watch out for phone keyboards capitalising automatically, and for the extra space if you copy and paste.
Do use the address conquisadorent.fr, without the www. in front: the two versions each have their own password memory, and that is a source of muddles.
